R1 VLCD 1

well the numbers are in...i guess i am not too upset, the scale ended up saying less than i thought. but it was still a number i dont want to be.  i just got off work and today is my first VLCD day.  i still need to get to the grocery store, but i have the right food in my house at the moment to make it a day or two.  i just really wish the snow would let up so i could go care-free to the store. hope you all are having a fabulous day.

    I'm so excited to see what the scale says tomorrow! Good luck today, and call me if you need to cry about food lol.

    I really need to go to the grocery store too, but w/ the snow that WON'T STOP I'm still at home. lol
