day two...loading
well day one went well, i managed to stuff my face and will be doing the same thing today. lol. the drops are not my favorite, i want to chew gum immediately after but i havent. i think it has a taste and its not my favorite. i think i am making my saliva glands freak out or something because every time i take the drops, under my tongue automatically fills with spit and there is no stopping it. so i am hoping that enough of it is getting absorbed and that i am not swallowing it all. i admit i even tried drying under my tongue this morning with a napkin but that made it worse suddenly i was "gleaking" and had to pull tissue off from under my tongue. ha ha ha lesson learned. well, i am not looking forward to weighing myself after work tomorrow morning. :( i havent checked my weight in about 15months. also, with my weird work schedule i am finding it hard to space the dosing. any feedback from anyone is appreciated, and i guess i am talking to you mia since you are my only follower. :) have a great day.

You might try setting a "work day" schedule and an "off day" schedule" so you can figure out how to space them out as much as possible. Really, you need to take them about every six hours or so during your waking hours. The reason you want them spaced out is so that they can help control the hunger and you're getting a steady stream of them throughout the day.
ReplyDeleteThe water-mouth will eventually get much better, just give that a few days. You'll also get more used to the taste of the drops - they aren't NASTY, but I wouldn't put them in my drinks just to enjoy by any means.
Don't worry about weighing yourself, you need that number so you can see how much you are losing. The initial weigh in might be depressing, but you will eventually learn to LOVE that scale, I guarantee you. It's kind of addicting to see the numbers drop almost every day.
Good luck tomorrow sis and remember you can get in touch with me if you have any questions, or just want to cry about food (like I was doing on day five).
Hey Vicky! I'm excited to watch you on this journey!! Like Mia said, your mouth will eventually get used to the drops and you won't salivate nearly as much.
ReplyDeleteI too was freaked out to get on the scale, but the truth is, it's just a number. You need to see that number so you can know just how awesome the hcg works, woohoo!
I am looking forward to getting this 1st 500 calorie day behind me so I can start seeing those scale numbers drop once again.
Feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions or just want someone to complain to. I did a LOT of complaining my 1st week. lol
Hey Vicky! I found ya! Don't freak out about the scale. It is so much fun to watch it drop everyday! It's very encouraging for sure. I totally keeps me motivated.
ReplyDeleteThe drops taste like watered down nasty orange grossness with an alcohol burn aftertaste. I still haven't gotten used to it and shutter everytime I have to sallow it!
The first week is the worst but you can make it, you have Mia, Erica and myself to help you get through it!!! Welcome to the HCG family!
